How to Download Satbara 7/12 Online Without Visiting Talathi Office

Certified 7/12 extracts (Satbara) are now available online for most villages in Maharashtra. Here’s how to access them:

1. Visit mahabhumi.gov.in and choose 7/12 extract under citizen services.
2. Select your division → district → taluka → village.
3. Enter your survey/gat number or owner name. Use the captcha to proceed.
4. Verify the preview and click “Get 7/12”. If you need a certified copy, click “Pay” and complete the payment (₹15 per extract).
5. Download the PDF. Certified copies include a digital signature and QR code you can scan for authenticity.

• Use the property’s exact survey number; cross-check older documents for variations.
